I am Diane Griscom, the director. At the helm of our ever changing main menu, is Linda Ercoloni. The chef of 'Burgers and 'Fries is Bessie Merminges. Cheerfully taking your money is Arlene Cobb, and there is Lynn Nipe at the salad bar. Serving are Linda Ridgeway, Pat Blum, Deb Schulze, Marge Hetzer, and Donna Sliwinski, with help from our beloved 'Granny'. Our substitutes vary from week to week, and our overworked, but much appreciated custodian is Gordon 
Lockman.
