We are going to be doing a lot of fun and exciting things at Shoemaker this year.
Please explore this site and learn about programs our school offers, community resources and much more!

The purpose of this page is to tell you a little about myself.

I graduated from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania (right near Hersheypark) in 2007 with my Elementary and Special Education Teaching Degrees and Wilmington University in 2012 with a Masters degree in School Counseling. In 2014 I also completed the coursework to obtain my Supervisor's Certificate in Education. In the summer of 2018 I received my second Masters degree in School Leadership.

I love to read all kinds of books, play sports, and spend time with my family and friends. My husband and I have two daughters, Chloe, whom is 4 years old and Cora whom is 2 years old. I love working with children and have had multiple learning experiences during my college career through observations, student teaching, and substituting. I taught Kindergarten at Mary Shoemaker my first year here and have taught second and third grade. I was also a school counselor at Mary Shoemaker for two years before becoming the Dean of Students.  I am entering my fourteenth year in education.

I am very excited to work with you and your family this school year at Mary Shoemaker School!

Mr. Hildebrand and I enjoy spending time with our friends and family!
