• Our WHS Drama Club tradition of a student-directed straight play continues for the 15th straight year with our fall production of The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, based on the book by CS Lewis and adapted for the stage by playwright and former Rowan University Theatre Professor, Joseph Robinette. Auditions will take place on Monday and Tuesday, September 24th and 25th, from 3-5 p.m. and rehearsals will take place after school in late September, all of October, and most of November. The performances will be in mid-November, as follows, in the WHS Auditorium located at 140 East Avenue, Woodstown, NJ. 

    Wednesday, November 14th at 2:00 p.m.: FREE "Generations Reach Out" (GRO) Performance for all senior citizens who wish to attend

    Thursday and Friday, November 15th and 16th at 7:00 p.m.

    Saturday, November 17th, final and special "twilight" performance at 4:00 p.m., followed by a short "Question and Answer" session with cast and crew. 

     

    Tickets are $10 ($5 for children 10 years of age or younger).  Mr. Kranz serves as advisor and the student directors this year are Caylee Stead and Julian LeFlore.  

     

     

     

     

     

    ALSO...the musical that our drama club will be performing this year, under the direction of Shannon Sheridan and Kahlil Gunther, is The Secret Garden. Performance dates are in late February and March.
