My name is Cynthia Garr, and I am a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant and case manager.  I work in collaboration with other members of the child study team to determine eligibility for special services. I also consult with parents, teachers, and other school personnel to provide research-based instructional strategies to assist students who are struggling academically.
