                        2020-2021 GOALS 

 

Woodstown-Pilesgrove Regional School District Goal

Safety: Provide a safe, healthy, and supported school environment so that students can engage fully in high-quality educational opportunities

 

 

Board of Education Goal #1

Address students’ physical, mental, and behavioral health through school programs and partnerships with families and community organizations, to support students’ well-being.

Coordinating Superintendent’s Goal #1

Maintain a safe and healthful environment that maximizes learning for students and staff. 

PSEL Standard 2.c. Ethics and Professional Norms

Place children at the center of education and accept responsibility for each student’s academic success and well-being.

 

 

Board of Education Goal #2

Engage students, families and our community to foster relationships, garner resources, and utilize expertise to support belonging, diversity and inclusion.

Coordinating Superintendent’s Goal #2

Work in partnership with the community to enrich educational programs and create a true school community.

PSEL Standard 3.a. Equity and Cultural Responsiveness

Ensure that each student is treated fairly, respectfully, and with an understanding ofeach student’s culture and context.

 

 

Board of Education Goal #3

Raise academic achievement levels of all students in conjunction with increased awareness of the content of curriculum and delivery of instruction in mathematics, identifying, using data, areas in the curriculum that need improvement and revision.

Coordinating Superintendent’s Goal #3

Continue to improve student mathematics achievement at all grade levels for all students and decrease achievement gaps where they exist.

PSEL Standard 4.a. Curriculum Instruction and Assessment

Implement coherent systems of curriculum, instruction, and assessment that promote the mission, vision, and core values of the school, embody high expectations for student learning, align with academic standards, and are culturally responsive.
